Recurring issues after warranty repair

We own a 2018 JayFlight 32BHDS. We purchased the unit in early 2018. In mid 2019, we noticed a sagging roofline and resulting water leak in the roof of the main slide out. Also had several other more minor issues. Total nights used to this point was appx 30.
In mid 2019 the unit was sent to the dealer for warranty repair. They returned it to me in late 2019 saying the issues were fixed. The unit sat at my house completely closed up until we took a trip last week. Well, it rained today when we had the slide out, and a larger water leak happened. Upon observation with a straight edge, it appears the slide is sagging again.
The unit is now out of its 2 year warranty! What suggestions and or options do I have? We like the unit, but this is unacceptable!

Sounds like you have a major issue with your dealer since they obviously didn't fix it.

The initial repair to the slide out was angle iron placed across the top of the slide out and some sort of aluminum box beam installed under the slide out. It looked ok when I picked it up, but obviously has returned to sagging.

Be nice, but call Jayco. They may or may not authorize a repair, even thou it is out of warranty.

You may need to check with local laws. Some state require warranties on warranty repairs. Some dealers also warrant their work for 12 months. Might be worth a couple hundred to consult an attorney. Also, read the warranty repair order, any written warranty there?
If the dealer and Jayco turn you down become the very squeaky wheel.
