For the fridge to work on AC you need both 120 volt AC and 12 volt DC. The 12 volts is used for the fridge control. Since it works on propane you can assume the 12 volts is good.
What is probably missing is the 120 volts. This can be caused by a tripped breaker. No fuses are used on 120 volts and the converter will have nothing to do with 120 volts.
First check would be to cycle the breakers. Then look at the rear of the fridge. Many fridges are simply plugged into an outlet at the rear of the fridge. A loose or disconnected power cable to the outlet would cause the problem. If it looks good you can verify power is getting to the outlet by plugging in something else or measuring with a voltmeter.
If you are trying to run off an inverter, which converts 12 volts to 120 volts, that is an entirely different thing.
