saggy enclosed underbelly

Hi there I am new to this forum and new to trailers as we have outgrown our camper and just bought a 2011 Jayflight 19 BH. I noticed the enclosed underbelly touches the rear axle (feels solid when touched, so it is not just the plasticed cardboard). The dealer said the plumbing is hanging under the tanks and that is the reason for the sag. Just wondering what others think? And questioning whether this was plumbed correctly. Perhaps someone out there will also have the same model and can check if they notice the same issue. Is there any concerns that the plumbing could be affected with hitting bumps in the road or when the tanks are full and there is extra weight. All thoughts are appreciated.

Hey Courtenay! First of all - welcome to the Jayco Forums! If you have a chance, come on over to the new member forum and introduce yourself.

I know we have a couple of folks with new 19BHs out there, not sure if they are enclosed, but they should be able to answer. If you have a picture you can attach, it might provide some more perspective.

If the plumbing it that low and touching the axle I would think it would be a problem. if you go on bumpy roads or even some parks have bumpy roads specially state parks etc the axle flex could damage the plumbing unless the axles weren't mounted on springs.
