Small issue....

hopefully small issue.....when connected to city water, water is dribbling out of sanitizer side, one with open cap...any ideas? Thanks!

fyi it is not filling fresh tank

There is probably a check valve behind the cone washer that may have a small piece of debris in it and it's not closed. Try running some water through that side. If you remover the washer you can probably seen the check valve.
