Question sticking brake on one side

what could cause a break to stick on only one wheel. my brother is in from texas and his non jayco toy hauler has the front wheel on the driver side getting very hot. He can feel it dragging as he drives. I assumed bearing problem but they checked them and seems fine.

Maybe a magnet on the brake on that side or brakes out of adjustment?
