Okay, so THIS video confirms it basically that it's the sway command...

1:30 shows the same connectors it looks like...

I'm pretty sure that it's for the sway command.

I will also add that the sway command is WONDERFUL! I have tried to induce sway in a test and it went left to right two times very lightly and it kicked in stopping the sway... This is very helpful especially towing with a Jeep Wrangler...
