12.7 is perfect. You are charged. You don't want your battery to go lower than 12 volts if you can help it for any length of time, and certainly not much lower.

Keep in mind that when you are currently charging your battery, like when you are plugged into your truck, or shore power, it will read in the 13's as it takes more than 12 volts to charge it. When you have a charged battery that has been sitting around for awhile, 12.7 is a great reading. Most consider that to be fully charged.

Usually by the time a battery drops down in voltage to it's 'rated' voltage... in this case 12 volts - it's really time to charge it back up. 12 volts is considered to be the bottom if you want your battery to last as long as possible.

Edit - You would probably benefit from purchasing a battery monitor at some point that shows you the current voltage of your battery from inside your camper. The gauges that come with most of our campers really stink and getting yourself very familiar with how your battery is working is a critical first step in any attempts to manage your power needs. Also, depending on how long ago you stopped charging your battery, don't be surprised if the voltage drops a tad. To get a really accurate reading, use that volt meter again on it tomorrow morning after letting it sit all night, not charging.

Is best to stay away from petroleum based lubes for locks or slide room parts. Dirt attraction being the problem. There are several dry lubes that work well on locks and slides. Regular application is also the key.

This is correct. Also, sometimes the "lip" that the lock grabs gets a little deformed and needs to be straightened.
The more you use it, the easier it will be. There seems to be a "knack" to it.
