Thank you factory

2021 212qbw
Trailer had only been lived in a few months, two trips to the dealer and various moving around. Never once had 12v system failed until now.
After disconnecting negative and charging battery to 12.7, i reconnect it and nothing, zero. Hours of checking and finally test the ground to the frame. Bolt and lug nothing, but actual wire good.
You guessed it, they crimped the sheathing and not the wire. Wonder how it ever worked.

Yep, that's mass production at its best........
On my 2014 jayco eagle 338 r e t s, I found many areas of my queen size bed frame, that was stapled together, the idiot(s) missed their mark and staples held nothing in place. I ended up screwing the whole thing together along with good wood glue. I assume quality control is not at the top of their list.

Probably didn't help this was built during the COVID sales boom.There were at least ten cosmetic and functional issues we had fixed under warranty.
Love the look and function of it though.
