The EcoBoost has more horsepower and torque than the 5.0.

Go EcoBoost.

And maybe more torque and horsepower when compared to the diesel from 15 years ago especially when you compared engine displacement 3.5 equal 213 Ci....

The 2015-2016 f150 3.5 ecoboost vs their V8 the ecoboost has by far more torque and only 10 less horse power. The low end torque blows just about all V8s out of the water until you get to the diesal engines. And even some of them do not have low end torque. The max torque is at 2300rpm and maintains 80+ % though most of the RPM range
