TV 2018 Jayco Whitehawk

Hi,
We need to take the TV off in order to do some wiring for cable. How do you remove the TV from locked position?

There is a tab/strap underneath the tv, pull it.

I have a 2015 WH, don’t know if it’s the same TV mount but here are some pics on Post # 10https://www.jaycoowners.com/forums/f...use-28776.html

On our 2019 whitehawk the living room tv wall mount portion has 2 horizontal bars and the tv part of the mount has hooks on top that catch the top horizontal bar and latches on both sides of bottom that catch the bottom horizontal bar. I have to reach under the tv and push in towards the wall on both tabs to release mount from the bottom horizontal bar. Then the bottom of the tv can pull forward away from the wall an inch or 2 and you pick straight up on the tv to remove it from the top horizontal bar and off the wall mount. The bunk room and master bedroom have the kebloc wall mounted "pucks" which have horizontal grooves cut on the top and bottom. The tv portion of the mount has a fixed position upper horizontal bar and a spring loaded lower horizontal bar that has a release tab on the lower right side of the tv portion of the mount. I tried to describe it the best I could in words. Hopefully it helps
