Uncovered outdoor kitchens in inclement weather.

Travel trailer noob question...

We take receipt of our 2021 224BHW in just under a month. This model ticked all of our boxes, EXCEPT that the awning doesn't cover the outdoor kitchen. I'm curious what others do that have the same arrangement when the weather is inclement.

Do you put up a tarp, put up an easy-up (pop up shelter) against the trailer, cook inside??

This is our first travel trailer, we are trasitioning from a tent trailer inside which we never cooked. We always cooked outside under canopy.

Thanks in advance..Click image for larger version

Ours is thankfully covered by the awning. But, I can't see why an EZ-Up wouldn't work just fine. As long as you can get it close enough to not get wet.
