Warranty Running out Soon, New Problems

So my 2 year warranty is up on the 29th of July. I just got back from a trip and had 3 issues pop up. The valance over the slide out window cam loose from the wall with 2 screws falling out, the USB adapter/charger came out of the socket and, most concerning, the zirk fitting on one of the axles has broken off and the cap had come off and were rattling around the inside of the cover. My dealer, who is awesome, can’t get me in until the middle of August. How do I get warranty service here? I have called other dealers and they can’t get me in. I am thinking I will need to call Jayco directly to make sure these issues are noted. I have been very happy with my trailer, just want to make sure I get the full measure of the warranty that was a huge selling point for me. I would appreciate any ideas or experience anyone might have.

Have your dealer create a warranty repair order NOW before time runs out. As long as it's documented and scheduled before the 29th, it's covered.

Make a list of issues, include pictures where needed and send the list to service@jayco.com. Include your TT's VIN with the email also tell them that your dealer can not get to you until the middle of August and ask how they will handle it. This way you are on record with Jayco prior to your warranty period running out.
