What Are Your Best Practices for Reinforcing Underbelly Coroplast?

Like most owners, the underbelly Coroplast on my trailer is sagging in many places and has gaps around the edges between screws. I'd like to reinforce it and close up those gaps.

I understand that the common methods are to use angle aluminum to seal up the edges and to support the sagging sections. Before I start, what are your practices for reinforcing the Coroplast on your RV?

Hard to say. Might be worth getting on your back and seeing if there is a wire hanging under your TT.

Black wires should go to;
  • Tongue jack, directly wire to, with an inline fuse
  • E-Brake, directly wired to the engagement switch (no fuse)
  • Trailer Converter, there should be an inline fuse near the battery.
    Sometimes at the battery, sometimes it is located near the junction box where the 7 pin wire harness connects to the TTs wiring.
  • Solar - if you have solar, there will be a wire for charging

My TT has a short inline wire harness at the battery for the converter. The wire is about the length of the green wire. See the link for an example.
