What is this leak/drain?

We are hooked to water at the park and I just noticed this steady stream coming from under the camper. Is this an overflow, pressure relief, something I need to worry about?
Man I am clueless with this camper.

It does stop when I shut off the water supply.

(I posted a pic with a link from imgur, but can't tell if it is showing up.)

If you're connected to park water with your hose, it's possible the water is bypassing the valving on the pump (even though you're not using it) and it filled your fresh water tank to the point that it's coming out the tank overflow hose. Just a thought without seeing a picture.
There's no pressure relief for being hooked up to the park faucet. I'd check to see if your fresh water tank has filled up.

I think you're right. The water pump had a tiny leak when I was looking this morning, but after us leaving the water on for about an hour it had leaked significantly. Not happy about this. I'll go back to the previous owner and hope he makes it right.

Glad to have helped a little. I hope the PO makes it right.
