x213 slide problems

Just paid over $1000.00 to fixed bed slide. Now it is malfunctioning again. Does anybody out there have slide problems with the X213?? thanks. Frank

I've had no isusues w my slides on the x. What is the problem your having?

will get jammed up on the tracks and then burn motor and clutch out
