Awning Pole Replacement?

Last fall we got caught in a thunderstorm with heavy rain and wind. While we had the awning "heeled down" at one end, two of our awning poles were bent beyond repair. They are the twist type poles. My question is: Do I replace the two poles that are damaged? Or would it be cheaper to replace the whole awning? If replacing poles - where do I find them? Google searchs have come up empty. Help, please!!

My experience from 3 years in a RV dealer parts department showed me that very little on any camper is actually made by the builder, like Jayco. Most awnings are made by an awning maker like A&E or Carefree of Colorado. If you look at the tag on the awning, you should be able to find a maker name and model number. Once you have that, you can go to about any rv dealer, on-line RV parts website or with a little bit of internet detective work, find an actual part number for your needed part, and get it from about anywhere on line.

If it is the awning that comes from Jayco any dealer can order the part for you. I don't think they are so expensive that it would warrant replacing the entire awning.
