Definitely up all the way? The only way that could happen is if the roof isn't completely raised. Like you said, the door didn't grow.

I had three popups and it would happen when I didn't get it all the way up. This can occur just be accident or due to failure of the lifting arm(s) or the lifting cable systems.

Look at some youtubes on lifting system repair if lowering and raising the doesn't fix the height problem. The cable can jump off the pulley, a wire can fail or other parts in the lifting system.

Ps post your year as well as model and keep us posted on what happens.

Hello Roger and thank you for your message. Thats what I thought it would be the problem, the lifting system! , but the cables on both sides and tense, to the maximum!*♀️

DO NOT force it. Is the tenting taunt?

The older pop ups had a small red vinyl covered cable attached next to the upright posts, to let you know when the top is fully extended, when the cable was tight. The lifting cables used to run from corner to corner around the entire perimeter of the trailer, and were uncovered inside the space under the dinette and could get stuff caught in the cable.

I might be totally off base on this, but if your door is anything like the jayco 1006 deluxe, two things: Is the bottom of the door totally inside Android and lowered fully into the slot at the bottom? And two, is the flap at the top of the door totally pressed against the opening? Pictures might help shed some light on your problem.
