Dripping water

Hello,

We have a new to us 2008 jayco 12hw. Under the trailer today I noticed dripping water. It looks like some kind of valve but I can't figure out where its coming from or why. It's not on on the water tank, it's located near the rear of the camper in front of the sink drain pipe. There is no way to close it from under the camper,. Ideas?

Thanks!

Did you by chance just fill up your fresh water tank? If so, it could be the overflow dripping. Do you have the owners manual for your RV? If not, click on this link.

Could be a low point drain and that valve would probably be in a cabinet.

We hadn't filled up the tank, it just started leaking on the third day of camping. I do see a valve in the cabinet, it's black and has a metal retainer clip on it. Would that be the low point water valve? Does the clip come off to close it?

Thanks!
