Pop up - need to replace wood under roof

I have a 16 Hay series 1007UD POP up. I just noticed that water has been getting under the front and back of the roof causing the wood to start rotting. Not bad but want to replace it. It looks like the plywood is glued on. Any suggestions as how to remove it?
I think I attached 2 pictures.
