Slide Out Pieces Falling Out

Sorry if this has been posted before, but I'm a first time pop up camper owner and just recently purchased a used 2018 10SD.....and I'm hoping I haven't broken something.

When we slide out the beds, we're noting the white inserts that dont appear to be staying with the metal frame. I've attached a picture to better illustrate what I'm failing to describe.

Should I be worrying about those white things? Are those items that are okay to remove? If not, how should I put them back? Any advice appreciated.

Also, for the new guy, any threads in here on how to properly maintain this thing (lubricating things, cleaning lines out, etc).

The white plastic looks like a slide so there is no metal to metal contact.
I would put some crazy glue on the plastic and push it back in flush to the end of the extrusion.
Or put a short screw in from the top to hold it in place.
