What temperature can you safely open your pop-up?

I looked on the Forums to see if I could find anything in regards to this but I could not.

I'm hoping to get our pop-up opened up earlier than we usually would because we are selling it and also to get everything out of it and into our new hard sided trailer.

What temperature would you say it's relatively "safe" to open it up without any adverse reactions to the cold? I saw somewhere that 30-35F range would be ok.

Our weather is slowly getting warmer, but we don't have many days that are that temperature quite yet, but should have some around 40F in about a week or so (if the weather prediction is correct)

I sold mine in January in Connecticut! Only thing was that the canvas was too tight to fully stretch over the bunk ends. It was in the low 20's when I set it up. There was not much used inventory for sale so I had a lot of interest from my Craigslist ad.

I would play it safe and wait until it warms up a bit, you have to remember over night its probably below freezing and the canvas inside the trailer will be very cold for several hours into the day as it warms. Better to be safe than ruin the canvas now. Mother nature sure doesn't want to let winter go in Michigan this year.

That was my thought too, thanks for confirming. I don't want to take any chances of possibly hurting the canvas.
