go around the RV with a screw driver check all the screws and put a dab of silicone on all screw heads let it cure and you will not have screws backing out again.

I believe it is a removable template...

I believe it is a removable template (non-functioning button) that can be removed and is for "Camera Auto/On & Stereo Vehicle House...whatever that means. Hope this helps
