Bunk bed rail

Hi! I'm looking for ideas for a rail for our curved bottom bunk bed so I can lay our infant in there and not have him fall out. Any ideas?

WalMart has infant rails. They slip under the bunk and attach to the mattress. We have 2 for our back bunks. We purchased the REGALO HIDE AWAY SAFETY BED RAIL. About $30.00 plus tax.

I am thinking of making a double or even triple rail out of PVC. I figure I can heat and bend to match the curve of the bunk.

I was able to get a doorway gate/ railing from lowes that was adjustable in width for our jayflight 26bh. I prop up the curved edge of the matress, and the matress pushes the bottom of the railing out. I used an eyebolt and clasp from the hardware section on the top, each end of the gate. My two year old cant budge it and the railing is just high enough he cannot get between the gate and the top railing.
I believe the gate i used was from the link below. Verify the height will fit, i dont know if the space between top and bottom bunks is always the same.

I will see about getting some pictures for you. I sadly havent even stepped foot in the trailer for a few months. This will be a good reason to check it out.

Alroght, lets see if these pictures work. The first picture shows where the hook is on the wall, the second is the bed rail stowed. The third picture shows the bed rail in position for nap time. The fourth shows the hook attaching to the rail. I have one hook on both sides of the rail.
I bet the pictures will be out of order, let me know if you have other questions.

I don't have pics but I built a guard out of 2in poplar lumber. I used heavy L brackets and a piece of plywood that goes under the mattress. When my toddler comes up to the railing her weight acts against pushing the railing over. It's easy to remove as well. There was no drilling holes or any permanent mods done to the trailer for this either.
