Headed to Lake Michigan for the Salmon festival and some beach camping in Grand Haven. Our last weekend for the season.

Not camping this weekend unfortunately, however, DW and I are making the 6 hr road trip tomorrow afternoon to Hershey, PA. for the weekend to visit the "Largest RV Show in America". We were hoping to see the new '18 Jay Flight 28BHS in person, however, Jayco said this model will not be at the show as the first production run is happening this week. We've never been to this event, so we're super excited to go and see what's new in the RV world.

Cheers [emoji482]

Last weekend we decided to get away from Irma so ended up in Sevierville, TN, just up the road from Dollywood and the big custom car show.

Stayed at the Riverside RV park. Really nice place.

Taking the kids to Jellystone Park in Gardiner, NY to see Yogi. This will probably be the last trip of the season unfortunately.

No where. It's too dang hot, too many skeeters, pests, and snakes. Gotta finish painting the house, and then we will uncover the unit for roof work and camp driveway (in October). Next trip is Thanksgiving! Gotta hang in there; our fall/winter camp season is on the horizon. We enjoy camping in the South all winter! No skeeter, pests, or snakes after the first freeze.

Don't feel bad...I've been so busy with work that I don't have any reservations to camp until March of '18 @ Ft. Wilderness.

We just finished the season last week. I have a co-worker that is now out on a 1-month sabbatical so we are short-handed for a while. We aren't back out with the camper till mid-May '18 when we head back to Kanab, UT for a week of volunteering at the animal sanctuary. We do have a flying trip in early April to Chena Hot Springs resort outside of Fairbanks, AK for a convention my wife is attending. I guess it's something....

We're camping at Wild Duck Campground in Scarborough, ME. We got here on the 13th and aren't leaving until the 27th. Retirement is great so far.

While not this weekend, but last week we were at Autumn Woods RV Park in Rochester, MN. Had to take my Wife to Mayo Clinic to have her DBS's programed. (Deep Brain Simulator's)

This coming weekend, we'll be back at Camp VTMEA. That's Virginia Tech Montgomery Executive Airport. Boondocking in a field next to the small general aviation airport.

Another home football game. Good times, good eats, and hopefully a good football game.
