One question I do have about this trailer is the weight rating. Why are the older units like my 2012 rated at 3880 dry, yet the newer unit are rated at 4330?
450LBS is a huge difference for identical trailers.
Mine is rated 4400 dry..it's a 2012. By the way congrats on your trailer.

Does anyone know where to source a new slide motor? Mine in my 2010 is the original, and I feel it runs a bit slow, as well I have to assist with a little lift from outside to get that last leveling 2" on it. The clutch engages way too early and won't make it level without that. I know they upgraded the motors on the newer ones but my research has been fruitless

We had the slide motor and its circuit replaced (warranty) in our 2010 213 in 2012 by Field of Dreams RV in Calgary. I believe they have moved to a new location in the Calgary area since we had that work done. The replacement unit is far superior to the original and has worked flawlessly since then.

Yah FOD is no longer there, and I haven't looked to see where it was anymore. I'd be curious what theyll charge, I'm sure I couldn't convince them to do it on their dime

Congrats Roadhouse! I'm picking up a 2016 X213 later today and going to take it out on my families inaugural trip tomorrow. Never spent a night in a travel trailer. Now that I'm 40 with a wife and 2 kids I think it's about time!
