We picked up our 2009 JayFeather 17c Saturday, but didn't get a complete walkthrough. I went through the owner's manual, but there is no mention of where the circuit panel is located.
Take a look at this video and right near the end, you'll see what looks to be the power center off to the side of the stove (where the other bed is). It's a black box looking thing about 12-16 inches.
You might have to carefully pry the door off. My 2006's circuit panel door has to be pried off, I believe the tabs are at the top and bottom of the cover.

Ok. It was pretty easy once I looked very closely. There was black lettering on the black panel. One side said 'push' and the other said 'pull'. So far I LOVE this trailer, but the owner's manual is lacking. No diagrams or locations anywhere.
RV owners manuals in general lack in specific detail, mainly because to often they are written to cover a number of floorplans within a given model group, and sometimes cross over into other models.
