Silverware tray in 37FS

I am trying to find ideas for what you guys are doing for silverware trays. The drawers under the stovetop are way to big. The 3 drawers on the slide out countertop sound like a good option, but are only 6-1/8" wide. The smallest tray I can find online is 7" wide. Have any of you guys found something that works? If so can you post a pic or link?

Our little 19RD only has three drawers to start with, and they're all the same width. DW used one of those plastic silverware divider thingys, and the excess space on the side gets other utensils that are too large. Ladle, spatula, tongs, etc.

My suggestion would be for those 2 oversized drawers to be removed and make 3 smaller drawers. The top one only has to be about 4" high. I added that top drawer 12" wide for my silverware and it was an easy project. If you prefer not to DIY find a finish carpenter on Craig's list for some help. The 2 drawers just need to be cut down and he only needs to make 1.

I really don't want to modify the rig itself, hopefully just find some sort of organizer that would fit in the 6" wide drawers.

We use a bamboo silverware tray and another tray along side for cooking tools. Would prefer to better utilize the narrow drawers.
I had sent a letter to Jayco about the narrow drawers suggesting that the top extension be a separate pull-out so the drawers could be wider. Anybody agree please tell Jayco.

Bought individual trays at Dollar General. Small white rectangular and square ones. Use them in all sorts of configurations in our 37FS. Works great.

Found these and they work well. 2 end to end fill the drawer and cover 4 utensil types. Also have 37FS.
