water pump help!!!

Ok all I need all of your expert opinions! We are having a problem where our water pump stays on no matter what. With the house power activated the water pump kicks on. Does not matter if the switch is on or off on the monitor panel and also their is a water pump switch that is in the bathroom that normally lights up when it is turned on. Well that switch is always lit up no matter what. We replaced that switch thinking it is just not turning off anymore but that did not fix the issue. Does anyone have any ideas as to how to figure this out? The coach has not been hooked up to water or filled as it is all still winterized. I am just trying to get the darn switches to actually kill power to it like they should.

I can't tell what type of unit you have, but my Seneca has 3 water pump switches. The third is in the wet bay outside. On my unit, if any are on the pump runs, they do not work like home 3-way light switches.

And with the unit winterized it may never be able to draw a suction and shut off on its pressure switch like it would in normal operation.

Check the outside shower switch to see if it's turned on.

Had similar issue with my Grayhawk. Check the water control valves (the ones that say city water, county water etc). Make sure you've set the right control. Mine was staying on cause I had it set for the dry camping mode.
Oh, that's assuming that you have a Class C (you didn't mention what type unit you have).
