Also as always, comments and replies about your rig are welcome!
Just took delivery of our 2020 Pinnacle 2 weeks ago. Reading published information, I see that it is supposed to have the superior BMPRO intelligent rig controlling hot spot. Ours has the One Control. This happen to anyone else?

Purchased a 2020 Jayco 28.5 RSTS in July. So far we love just about everything about it.

Minor complaints include a really cheap, barely functional screen door handle/latch, very noisy bathroom ceiling exhaust fan, no way to lock the outside kitchen grill in place when in use, and last but not least, an outdoor access panel for connecting cable and satellite TV that has three male receptacles labeled as "satellite 1, 2, 3"

I am hoping our Pinnacle has that done internally hidden behind walls so one cable in will send reception to all 3 tv’s.

We picked up our new '18 Seismic 4116 on June 17, 19 from Dads Camper Outlet in Gulfport MS, and love it. We have drug it through 5 states and added 5500 miles to the truck. We are still living in it and loving every minute. Only small things that I fixed.

The big reason for deciding on this unit was garage of 16' and payload of 5500 lbs (ew 15400, gvw 21200 lbs, axles 21000 lbs, tires 25500 lbs, pw 6500 lbs, pin box 24000 lbs, Ram 3500 max tow 37000 lbs).
It will carry all our toys, not at the same time though.
Named it Home With a Range.

We just bought a 2019 Pinnacle that we will transitioning into as full-timers. Have only had for what ..... 10 days? LOL, so far I love the layout. The challenge is downsizing 20 years of a house into this. Will be making some mods for the home office, storage, etc.
am also so glad I found this site and am learning my way around it. Great information :-) Thanks everyone!

Congrats! What flavor Pinnacle did you get?

Good luck on the downsizing. We found it more difficult and stressful than anticipated. In the end we were giving things away or paying to have it hauled. We have a rented storage space for the few household items that might go into a condo or something one day, but we are not missing any of it!

Did you notice this problem and have it documented before the warranty expired? How has the rest of the rig held up?

Hi: Sadly, I have read the same problems on other RV sites that I subscribe to. I'll be certain to keep mine covered up.

No it happened right out of the 2 year warranty... Imagine that!!! I do have extended warranty but of course it's not covered under that ... I just feel Jayco should want to help with this situation ... My camper was not cheap!
We have had a few other problems with the camper but the dealership has been wonderful!

I should have clarified - other RV sites that I subscribe to list the same problems with their different brands and models of TT and 5ers. Not just limited to Jayco.

We got the 38FLWS and I am still in the process of getting it set up! You are correct on the downsizing.....buy, what a job. Will probably end up getting a storage unit too until I can figure out what to do. I have had several garage sales which helped but, still have stuff. So until the house sells the Pinnacle is sitting on the property which makes it easier to work with.

Does yours have the BOPRO software for the computer/monitor or the OneControl? Hydrolic or electric levelers?

ours has the One Control below the main panel...which looks like an afterthought, haven't even tried it yet...to many other things to figure out...LOL and it has the electric levelers which can be controlled from the One Control or the unit mounted inside the front cubby door.

2016 Pinnacle 36FBTS - a real lemon - with all issues occurring after warranty expire

We traded our 2001 Designer 36FBTS which never gave us problems - for the 2016 Pinnacle - because it had a bath and a half plus a residential style frig. In the 3 years we've had it, the frig died, had to be removed and a new one purchased. The large side where the frig, stove and fireplace has continued to get stuck, doesn't open or close all the way w/o 2 people pushing on the slide. Had it "fixed" by a Jayco dealership and then separately by 2 different RV certified repairmen. The problem is with the two motor Schwintek slide. No one can get it to work consistently. It is a piece of garbage. Of course Jayco can't help because "it is out of warranty". I so regret selling our 2001 Designer.

Good day, I voted in the Eagle "superlite" HT category as i own an HT, however there isn't much superlite built into it. Also in the results screen next to the type of trailer there are two sets of numbers like 39 and 3 stacked on top of each other, what do they represent?
