Eagle 24.5CKTS ductwork

Hi I have a question for another 245ckts owner or someone who is familiar. In the bedroom how many ducts and which side are they on? rear unit whisper air. thanks Mine is on the passenger side or escape window side, I have seen pictures with the ac vent on the slide out or driver side. Should there be two?

Rua,

Since your rig is a 2011 and the manufacturer of your microwave is no longer in business, I would recommend you to measure the opening of your existing microwave and buy one from Walmart or Amazon.... It would be much cheaper and easier than going through Jayco to have them provide you one.

Good luck

There is no one on this site that is from Jayco. We are mostly Jayco owners.

I would take careful measurements and a few photos, than find a very good appliance store. They may have the ability to order something for you.

Amazon is also a great place to look, that is where I bought my replacement.

What's the depth, width and height of the microwave? Does it have a surround bezel like this high point?
We had to warranty replace this one and it came with the surround bezel

These are readily available or at least they where before covid

Purchased a lightly used 2020 Pinnacle 36ssws that was only slept in 10 nights and stored in covered shed. She is a beauty! I am currently working towards retirement soon and trying to setup complete Solar and lithium batteries package. Have purchased 16 230ah 12v lithium batteries that were on sale at 30% off. Currently looking at BougeRV 200w solar panels weighing under 23#s and a lot smaller than other 200w panels. With my roof setup it’s looking like 12 panels will fit with room to walk around. 2400w total. Also in planning stages with a Victron distributer to help get the right components. Will post a thread with what transpires in the coming months. Any advice on what you have done on the same model would be appreciated. Cheers!

New Jayco

My wife and I just picked up a 2023 Eagle 355MBQS. Our prior 5th whl was a 2004 Fleetwood Prowler and this is a pretty big step up in both size and technology. First trip was to Disney for the running events and it worked very well. We tow it with a 2022 F350 6.7 SRW CC SB which also worked very well; 10.2 mpg down and back doing about 73 mph. Love the solar and the 21cf fridge with the ability to make ice driving down the road without filling the main water tanks. Stopped at rest stops for some sleep both directions and the batteries never went below 12.3V with both fridges running for 6-7 hrs. Also really like the on demand water heater. As long as we have water and propane we have a hot shower. Only issue we had is I cant get the cable feed to the mid bunk TV. It will draw the antenna feed but not external cable. Not sure why.

I have the Eagle 25th Anniversary (1993)5th wheel. Newly acquired last year. I've have to replace the ac roof gasket though, other then that it's a great 5th wheel!

Acquired a 1993 Eagle series and its the 25th Anniversary edition. 215. Downsized from a 30.

1993 Eagle Anniversary edition, loving it so far!

Only been an owner for 3.5 weeks. All good so far, just the normal warranty issues. Nothing big

Just purchase a 2023 Eagle 319JMOK.
Did our test run on an overnight to see Zac Brown Band.
All worked well on the PDi and was pleased with how it towed.
Towing with F250SD diesel with heavy duty tow package which turned out to be an upsize of the leaf springs and rear axle. That and the engine are the same as the 350.

Got to the concert RV Park, set up and the fireplace came on, flickered and went out with a code 88. Over heat. On demand WH also showed code E4 as son as the water was turned on.

Took it to dealer, Vogt RV in Ft Worth at 9:30 the following Monday and they called at 12:30. All done. WH had short and is being replaced and fireplace on order.

Took the 5er back to storage a couple of days later after the WH was replaced so as to do some work and turned the fireplace on, worked perfect.

The dealer has been awesome and VERY responsive with repairs.
We are very pleased with the unit so far. Did take advice from a poster to silicon the shelves in the fridge down as it is a rear kitchen and the shelves would come loose. Done and the first trip they were fine.
Looking forward to the Thanksgiving weekend to really enjoy the camper.
