2013 Jayflight 26bh - Roof issue

Hi all, first post - glad I found this forum, lots of great info for a first time travel trailer owner. Anyways, I was up on my roof today to clean and noticed all along one side of the roof that the rubber roof has come off of the plywood. It feels like an air bubble that is about 1 inch wide that runs all the way down the side of the roof where it meets the sidewall. It doesn't feel as though the plywood has delaminated and there is no water trapped under. I have attached a small video to illustrate the issue. Has anyone dealt with anything similar? Thanks in advance.

The rubber roof is not glued on. It is just secured on the edges, than caulked. The roofs are known, for having a little bagginess.

I strongly recommend checking the caulking very closely. If you see it cracking or bubbling, you should touchup the caulk. I got tired of the touchup work, so I applied eternabond the roof this spring.
