Build plans from Jayco for new trailer still under warranty
I recently bought a 2016 White Hawk 32 DSBH. I emailed Jayco requesting for any available build plans to show where the wiring and/or wall studs are.
Jayco responded that they do not send out plans to customers with trailers still under warranty. However, Jayco said that the dealer can request the plans, and Jayco will send to them.
I've read in this forum that some people had build plans sent to them right away. Is that because their trailer is not under warranty or did they get lucky with a "nice" Jayco rep? Should I try with Jayco again? Did I not word my request to Jayco correctly?
In the meantime, I've emailed the sales man who sold me my trailer, asking if he could request the build plans (as the dealer, like Jayco stated) and forward them to me. Lets see if he follows through, considering he's already made the sale :-)
