This very thing was discussed elsewhere on the forum a while back. I don't remember what the consensus was.
For me personally, I have another door with one of the small non-foldable handles. I can also reach the grab bar from my kitchen window if I need to. If both of those failed, I would try for one of the two fire escapes I have. That's quite a drop, and while I'm not "old" I'm old enough to not try something so foolish without a darn good reason; I could break something on a fall like that! If all else failed, I would try for the storage compartment under my bed, I think I could fit...
Of course, I could always just call the park office from my cell phone and have them send someone over to let me out.
