I would think it would be wired to the front outlet Camper bob, for awning lights and such.

Feel your pain Jack in Alaska! There are for sure a lot of switches and such! We keep turning on lights we don't intend too! For sure need to mark the switches!

I think a label maker is going to do it once and for all. There seems to be no logic to their layout.
I used a label maker on mine, and I only have 4 to keep up with!

That would have been my logical first choice too.

We have a 40 FER and that switch operates a outside plug on the door side up high. by the awning. Don't understand why it works a outlet on the slide side. Something new I guess.

Yes and you would think a nice electrical schematic would go far in letting everyone figure out what is what. Then you would not have to go through all this pushing and switching to try and find out everything. But no, if your unit is under warranty, no way Jayco will give you a schematic. I tried to get one just for the television cabling but no way would they provide it.

Parcany, I need to make a correction from my statement yesterday. The explanation given to me from my better half was understood to be an outlet on the slide side when in reality its actually from the outlet on the door side. I too thought it weird to be from the slide side so when I got home from work I investigated. Sure enough, its the outlet by the back door. I apologize for the incorrect info I gave yesterday.
