Glad to say we've never had a problem with ours Jenni (knocking on wood). I have thought about it many times though. The electrics are nice but, all-in-all I think I would prefer the traditional. It's nice to roll her in, in the middle of the night. But you can do so many more things with the manual types. Strap them down, adjust the angles, etc.
