2022 Model Prices

I had asked about a North Point 310RLTS in a different thread. We are going to see a new 2022 310 tomorrow that is basically a loaded model as we understand it - solar package, generator prep, 3-40lb propane, on-demand hot water, the three packages (Handling, Value, Luxury, which are all oddly mandatory anyway), and some other options we will verify tomorrow.



The asking price is $85k. Can anyone tell me if that is a good deal for a 2022? Compared to what 2023 models are costing , we very likely to just jump on this. How much negotiating could there be on a 2022 they need to clear out? Should we ask for anything to be added, like a discount on a generator, upgrade the solar, or take it and run?


Also, any recommendations for a truck? I know I need a dually at 15k GCVW, but would appreciate suggestions and recommendations.

Check RV Trader for some comparisons near you. I bought a 2023 Greyhawk class C in 2022 with a bigger discount than the 5'er you're looking at. I don't know if class C mark-ups are comparable the 5'ers.

I think you should be looking at 32-35% off MSRP minimum.
