30amp can it support 2 A/C’s

Can a 2nd AC be added to a 30 amp RV?

That rather depends on the AC units, and their current draw, but it seems unlikely.
A typical AC unit might draw 12 to 15 A, but what will blow the trips is the "inrush current" on startup, though you can get soft-start kits for many AC types.
Even with a soft start, you'll be pushing the limits at 30A, especially if you want to run anything else at the same time

X2,
I have heard of people, wiring the 2nd ac back to a junction box under the tt, and use a separate heavy duty extension cord to plug in to the shore power post

Yes but you could run absolutely nothing else.

They don't put two a/c units in a 30 amp unit for a reason. You're better buying a couple if fans.

My 2017 Greyhawk with 30 amp service came standard with 2 11000 btu air conditioners. When both are running the power management display shows about 22 amps. No problem running both.

So, if the units are 11000 or so and energy efficient, you should be able to run both at the same time with some power to spare. Don't try turning on an electric water heater or microwave at the same time though.

You can also alternate which one is running. While you can't have both starting at the same time, it would be possible to have one running in the living area, then turn it off and start the one in the bedroom area.

We currently have a Greyhawk 30X (well not really, about to drive it back to the RV dealership to pick up our new coach), and it's a 30A with 2 A/Cs. What we found was the 30A will run both A/Cs without issue. However, the water heater MUST be on propane and running the microwave can be dodgy without cutting out one of the A/Cs. Same goes with any other high current draw appliances like coffee makers, air fryers, etc...

Most MH's with 30a and 2 A/Cs have a system that prevents both from starting at the same time.

I can say on our Greyhawk nothing "prevents" them from running at the same time however, there is a load management system that will cut them out if other high amp demands come in to keep the system as a whole from exceeding 30A. This is why we keep our hot water heater on propane if we feel like we're going to need both A/Cs consistently.
