A couple extra winterization questions - 2021 357MDOK

Good evening,

I have my 2021 357MDOK winterized, as best I can tell. I have followed the guidelines by both Jayco and the Nautilus P2.5 guide so I think I'm good to go. However, I do have some outstanding questions:

- Frigidaire residential fridge attached to Jayco fresh water jug. I ran rv antifreeze through the fridge until the pink stuff came out through the water dispenser, and until the ice maker made pink slush. I noticed today on the outside of the RV behind the access door that there are a couple other white hoses that do not have the same pink cover. Any ideas if something was missed here, or what these other lines do (see picture).

- There are two drains? underneath what is likely the kitchen island. The prep guy at the RV center said these are the overflow drain for the fresh water tank, and the other is a drip dry drain for the sink strainer holder underneath the island. Can anyone confirm this? (see second picture).
