got a site with 30 amp

for my storage and use as well. Looking into a 50A upgrade this week. Interesting topic and nice touch for friends and family. More later!

I live back in the woods, garage is 100' from the house. On the side of the garage is my RV pad with 30A, Dish, and sewer hookup. Water yard hydrant about 50' away.

If I would ever have a RV visitor, I could move my RV out of the way.

We have our trailer parked alongside the house behind the gate, so it’s handy from the backyard. We have power and water and our sewer dump is in the front yard so not real handy. We had our son and DIL at Thanksgiving and put the wireless tv receiver back there for perfect reception. We have also hosted a friend and RV in front of the gate. Love having the “guest house”.

We have fresh water, 30 amp electric service, and a dump just out back. Usually our fifth wheel is connected as a guest house, but if company bring their own, we disconnect and they are good to go. We can accommodate one fully connected and probably one to two more with just power and water.

We have 50A service and water in our driveway. Sewer is not available there at this time, but I have looked at ways to remedy that situation. We haven't had anyone take us up on it yet though. DW's aunt & uncle were passing through town, but they had already booked and set up at a local CG before we could offer it to them. MIL didn't know we had TRUE 50A in our driveway.

My dad has 30A in his garage (it's a HUGE garage). He has a concrete driveway that goes all the way back there from the street, and the pad in front of the garage is fairly close to level. When we go over there, we take the MH and set up "camp". He has a nice pool, and he's usually willing to cook a few meals for us. It's better than a lot of CGs I've stayed in!!

If I had enough land, I would put at least one covered RV pad out for our own rig. I'd have it equipped with 50A service, water, and sewer. If someone wanted to come stay with us, I would just move the MH and they could have that spot. That's all a pipe dream though, we don't have enough space for all that...
