Bathroom lights and fan stopped working

We have a 2017 Whitehawk TT. While camping this weekend, we had the bathroom fan on, and then it stopped.
Now the fan won't work at all, and the 3 lights in the bathroom don't work. I checked the fuse for this circuit. The fuse looked good, but I put in a new one just in case. Still not working. Any ideas as to what would cause this to happen?

check your gfi. Should be on the outlet. There is a little button that you push to reset the Gfi. The outlet should be in the Bathroom.

Thank you for the suggestion. But in the 2017 Whitehawk, the bathroom lights and fan are on their own circuit, separate from the bathroom outlet. The bathroom outlet works fine. The bathroom outlet is on the same circuit as an outlet by the main door(GFI outlet), and the outlet in the front underneath storage area.

Besides, fan and lights are 12volt.

Pull the switches and make sure a wire didn't come loose.

Me bad. I forgot they were 12 volts.

Check for ground issue. I lost overhead lights as the ground came off the frame. Pull the switch to see if you have 12 volts. Then check on the back side of light to see if you have ground.

What fan do you have?? My Fan-Tastic fan has a small fuse next to the fan switch.

GFCI's are on the 120v system and have nothing to do with the 12v DC system that his lights and fan are on.

To test you have to open a light up and test with a meter from ground wire at the light to a ground point on the chassis.

You could also check the ground lugs on the unit. There are basically three of four places where they tie the grounds to the frame. The main on and the one where most of the overhead lights are grounded is located on the driver side near the tow receiver. Other locations in generator compartment, battery compartment and near the power stairs.

I drop the light etc, push a safety pin into the ground wire and put the multi to that. Touch the other lead to a known 12V ground that connects to an operating device and should have a reading and not an open.
