Question Camper Courtesy

DW and I get fed up with the few bad apples that dont respect others in campgrounds. MOST campers are GREAT to be around. But there are some that dont respect others. What gets your dander up? How have others done to upset you. Loud music and AFTER QUIET TIME noise really get me mad. Tell about you rude neighbors.

We try to stay calm and collected while camping. After all, that is part of the reason we get out and go camping.
If I had to name one thing that really gets me upset is when someone leaves their dog at the campsite for the day and it barks ALL DAY LONG.
Don't get me wrong, I love dogs, but when they bring the dog camping and leave the dog at the site while they are away all day, why even bother bringing the dog? Especially one that barks all day while owner is away.
Rather annoying.

I have to agree that "left behind barking dogs" really upset me.
We gotten to know the owners of the camp rather well, and they appreciate any camper reporting issues to them, but for the most part this doesn't happen often.
Considering how many campers bring their pets with them, it's actually a very unusual thing.
There is a rental cabin close to us and one weekend the renters brought a small dog which they never took with them at all. It constantly barked every minute they were away. I guess it was nice for them, but unpleasant for everyone else.
The interesting thing that came from from this issue was we were toying with the thought of getting a dog, but realized that it wasn't time thanks to the renters.

But it's still very annoying !!!!

My biggest beef is people walking through my campsite. I know that I don't own that piece of land, but I paid for it for the duration of my stay so it is mine for that period of time.

I hate looking at nasty food bits from people washing their dishes at the camp spigot. Fill up the dish bucket and take it back to your site.

I must admit since MBH (my better half) and I started RV'n we have experienced a much more friendly environment than any other activity I know of.
Unsupervised children screaming at the top of their lungs can be irritating. Other seasonals complaining about how the camp store charges abit more for supplies than the closest town. (a few miles away). They have a very well stocked store !
The gnats and flying bugs are at times very bothersome (hey, we're in the woods) and I can't explain how upset we get when it's beautiful weather all week, and then rains on the weekends. I mean, being away from the RV all week is torture enough, let alone not being able to do a few mods/repairs cause of rain.
But I must admit that the yapping dogs are at the top of that list, and it's not even the pets fault.
What's up with that???

Love the dogs.... HATE the poop.... don't appreciate when the owners fail to "poopy-police" their pets! We currently have a neighbor who doesn't do either! I stepped in a pile couple of dark nights ago and didn't realize it til I got back into the tt (Haven't complained to the staff yet)

It would look great plastered all along the side of his RV.
