Maybe but probably not. Thaw it out, being careful about acid leaking from cracks during the thaw process.
Take it to a battery dealer who will charge it and test it for you. Check around, some may not be able to do it.
Odds are, it is toast.
For your next one, get a battery tender, leave your RV plugged in, bring it indoors for the winter and charge it every few weeks, or some other way to keep it alive for the off season.
