Chasis Manual

We recently bought a new Jayco motorhome. In the owner's manual it frequently mentions the Chassis Guide provided by the manufacturer of the chassis along with warranty cards and or registrations. We were not provided the manual or the warranty cards in all the information we received when we purchased the rig. Upon contacting the dealer he said that they were not provided one. He checked their other models and said there was not one included in those either. Has anyone had this problem? Is this common with motorhomes? Any ideas on how to get one?

It's hard to help when there is no information in your post or profile. What Jayco motorhome did you buy, what year is it and did you you buy new or used? If you bought new and its a Precept or one of the class C's they all have Ford chassis and you should have been given the Ford manual. Your dealer is not being on the up and up and should know better. Also the Ford manuals are on line in PDF form you just need to know which chassis you have.

Chasis Manual

The chassis manual did not come with our new (never used) 2018 Jayco Melbourne. It has the Sprinter chassis and is a class C. I posted it here because I was wondering if this was normal when buying a new motorhome of any class. I suppose more specifically is it common for a class C? To me it seems unusual that a manufacturer would expect someone to buy a new vehicle and than not explain the operation and maintenance of their vehicle. I have purchased many cars and always had a manual included.
