^^^ interesting because on Amazon you can see who is selling the item. In this case it's Tweety's, PPL, Camping World, RV Wholesalers all of whom are authorized resellers per the Equal-I-Zer website. Now there are some sellers j have never heard of too. Remember Amazon is a marketplace not just an e-tailer.

I'm sure it's probably fine then if you cross check like that. Maybe person I spoke to wasn't aware that some of their authorized dealers sold through Amazon as well. I happen to be a huge Amazon shopper so I was surprised myself.

According to the specs found here, for your trailer, the 1000# bars will work if you don't exceed 1000#: 2015 White Hawk 28DSBH | Jayco, Inc.

Bob is correct. Max tongue weight for your trailer can be as much as 1125#. You would be better off and safer with the 1200# bars. I got mine through RVWholesalers.

Good deal, I got 'same unit' slightly used from dealer (setup on TV and TT at pickup time) for $400.

10,000lb equal-I-zer on RV wholesaler is $445 plus $20 for the ball I am thinking of getting this myself. Looking to see if a friend has the socket to attach the ball first.

Definitely an excellent deal and a great hitch. Just purchased one this past weekend for our 28BHKS - it was $700 installed. Towed 12 hours home after install, worked perfectly!

They would have sold it to me for $550 with out the install, but being 12 hrs from home, I let them do it.

Thanks everyone for the input! I hope it works out well. I've had to many white knuckle trips in the wind without any kind of sway control. It tows well, until the crosswind gust over 15 to 20mph. Then it's more than uncomfortable. I hope it's not a very noisy hitch, but even if it is, I'd rather deal with that than sway.

The most noise you may encounter from the Equalizer is when you are turning hard. But if you have everything adjusted fine and greased you will be fine. I love the ease of connecting/disconnecting with our Equalizer.

Good luck

You can upgrade that Equalizer Hitch and make it quieter by purchasing a couple of inexpensive new parts. I love my Equalizer.

Sway Bracket Jacket (pair) : Equal-i-zer Hitch Store

*NEW* Snap L-pin : Equal-i-zer Hitch Store

Socket Pins w/Thumb Clips : Equal-i-zer Hitch Store
