Good customer service
Just wanted to give Jayco a little love for good CS. Called them yesterday due to an oft leaking kitchen faucet. Thirty seconds later, I have a whole new faucet coming in the mail.
He said, "we don't bother trying to fix those; their quality can be kinda suspect". At first that sort of put me off, but the JayFlight line is entry level after all, and they have to make a price point. So, as long as they stand behind their components, I'm good with that. Now if I ever trip over the proverbial great big bag o money and get an Embark, that puppy better be perfect! :-)
