Great Service

On our last trip, one of our windows some how opened during travel and it somehow obliterated the opening mechanism. Made an appointment with our selling dealer to have it repaired.

When the appointment was made, it was with the understanding that we would be in our way to a campground and would like the repair done while we waited.

Blade RV lived up to that charging us for a half hour of labor and parts and we are totally satisfied with the repair.

Hats off to the service manager Jon and tech Brandon.

Your right Murff, it's all about the Service. We fell the same about Colerain RV in Cincinnati, Ohio. Treat you like family with every attention to detail and follow through. Great people to work with like Stephanie, John and AJ. Can't say enough how it is all about the DEALERSHIP when making your Jayco purchase.
