I searched and could not find details on the "siphon tube trick" you refer to. My outdoor shower is co-located with fresh water input. Can you provide more detail?

Really simple and was already described a couple of times. You are going to have to fill the tank to sanitize it and the attached lines. So figure how much bleach you need. Unscrew the hose from the side and let a few feet empty enough to more than hold the bleach. Re-attach and turn on the water pressure to fill the tanks and lines. Requires nothing extra and no extra steps. NO pumps, buckets, siphons, no real chance of spilling the bleach.

I went to Farm & Fleet, bought a calf milking bottle, cut the end of the nipple off, opened up most of one side of the bottle and use 5 gallon collapsible water containers to pour in water. This is great when there are two people, it is a bit of a tricky alone (the nipple is flexible), but can be done if I leave a little room in the 5 gallon water containers. With the position of the filler inlet on my White Hawk the inlet end of the funnel is lower that the outlet, (everything ends up on the ground) and I didn't want funnels manufactured for oil changes.
