Ice Box usage on shoreline

We are about to use our 1007 UD for the very first time. Our camper is in our garage and it will be in the upper-80s today, is it safe to begin cooling down our ice box on shoreline power while it is in our garage? Is there a fire risk? Your thoughts? Thank you in advance for your comments.

I would keep an eye on it, but wouldn't worry too much about running it on AC (or DC). It will give off some heat but as long as the vents aren't obstructed, it shouldn't cause any problems.

Running the fridge via propane in a garage would be an issue, however.

turn off auto and close propane valves so if you trip the house breaker it does not start the propane.

On 110VAC it will throw only a more heat into the storage room than a compressor refrigerator. Compare to the flow of hot air from under the fridge in your house. Then compare the sizes of the 2 units.

X2 and X3 on not running a propane flame inside an enclosed space!

Thanks everyone, I appreciate your help. The propane was never turned on, so no problem with that. I'll sleep well tonight knowing all should be fine while on shoreline in the garage.
