We camped in that campground a few weeks ago on our way to visit son in NC. What a great campground, friendly atmosphere. Beautiful area. Not too many campgrounds have a natural waterfall in the campground. Rabbits running all over the place. We really enjoyed our stay there. Plan on stopping there every time we go south. Also noticed lots of Jayco's during our stay.

Jayco may not be as popular in the SW. This opinion is the result of my observation at campsites in this region of the country.
No matter, I would not trade mine for theirs.

This is our first trailer. We owned a used Starcraft popup for a number of yrs and got good use out of it. When we went looking at trailers at a RV show, we went back and forth between a Jayco, Dutchman and a Rockwood. We found both a Rockwood and Jayco to our liking. We went back and forth between the two and considered, with our novice experience, that the Jayco was just built more solid. Now proud owners a x23j. Only one family member had a camper. It was a hardshell and the one night we stayed in it it felt cramped. Today, with the slideout and the bunk ends, this feels so much more roomy.
