Impossible to say.

Need more info. Like, how often you boondock (and for how many days at a time) and what your power requirements are.

Using solar? Generator?

You didn't give the year of your RV or the battery. Did you run out of power often and kill the battery with draining to far repeatedly? If so, you would need a bigger battery. Like Siamese said you need to tell us what you need the battery to do. If you always park with electricity available a deep discharge group 24. Occasional single nights upgrade to a 27 or 31. Multi day stays, upgrade to 2 6 volt golf cart types.

Then, do you want to boon-dock a bit? Solar or generator?
Try the search bar above and spend a while learning about others who needed battery advice.

Make, year and model of your RV and tow always help get the best advice.

Sorry about that. It's a 23xb hybrid. 2014
I won't be doing too much boondocking....most stays are at a campground with hookups. I would maybe do an occasional dry camp trip of a day or 2.....using generator...tow vehicle is a 2019 Silverado 1500 Trailboss

A group 27 conventional lead acid 12v battery would be sufficient for what you describe. Without your generator, it wouldn't. I use the Duracell batteries available at Sam's Club. They're a good battery, made by East Penn.

You'd be better served by running two 6v golf car batteries in series. It's a popular conversion. I did it on my 26BH by having a local welding shop weld a couple rails on the tongue to hold them.

The 6v batteries will provide considerably more power for your occasional boon docking. Plenty of info on the particulars available on this site and elsewhere.

Also the different groups batteries are also physical different sizes.

A true deep cycle battery is better than a dual purpose marine battery.
